Fancy a KEO … :) We drink the stuff out of cartons no problem.. if it tastes good then we buy it and subsequently drink it! This is from the carton and it does what it says on the carton ….and for under 2 Euros! We also buy the Kokinelli which is brewed for about a week and can also unblock your drains im sure. However it also has the disired effect. YAMAS!

Anyone remember Morph Here he is in Spain! A creation of Tony Hart who has since passed away. Anyway here he is next to a riverbed and photographed by my sister Micaela ..who incidentally built this version at Xmas! Now i have to find “Morph” friends…. Maybe we can start a global tour and photo recognition for Morph ? like a teddy bear I’ve seen on an airline that i have forgotten..

Went to do some work at the office today…yes a Sunday! (Had some Cyprus Property uploads and downloads to do.)We could not get to the office front door as there was a marathon on. Police did there best of course but there were some irate drivers of course who could not figure out why the police were stopping them from getting directly to where they wanted to go.. I myself walked .
Heres a thing .. Its a beer mat from Mogadiscio commemorating the U.S Marines anniversary. It belongs to my dad and a search on line does not produce much so im open to comments on this one ! I spent part of my youth in Somalia and learned invaluable skills such as Soap stone carving and Basket weaving! So if anyone wants a basket weaving or some soap stone carved….. go to Somalia :)
This village house for sale in Kalo Chorio Cyprus has been on our books for a while now and perhaps its underpriced!. Its only 85000 Euros and has lots of plus points! For one… its not down town Limassol Kalo Chorio is a popular village close to town about 20 mins drive out on the Ayia Fyla road. Its stone, “quirky” and in my opinion cheap! Now that spring seems to have arrived ( It’s 22 deg C today ) im hopefull that someone will pick up this bargain! “Lovely Jubbly” as “Dell Boy” says
Here are two of our clan who avoid each other during the day and sleep on top of each other at night! Its a fight for the best but of the basket between these two and it normally ends up with Suki (The cat) sleeping on top of Braders. Suki is 90 % deaf so she just does not hear the moans from Bradley when he wants to lie down… anyway its better than T.V
Here in sunny Cyprus its been Carnival week and we had party goers run into our shop , pop a cracker and a popper or three which left loads of coloured paper streamers and stuff over the office
Had a bit of bad weather this year…more rain than i can remember and the other day we has hail! So i went outside and took a cpouple of pics. The animals were not impressed by the noise on the roof tiles and all hid behind the sofas and under beds. I lost my satellite signal 
which is common when the weather turns against us. I have used weather forecast portals before but generally still plan a BBQ for anytime, anywhere anyday , unless there is hail of course
Not wanting to be left out from the photo shoot in Troodos is Biscuit. the captions could read ” Does my tongue freeze if i hold it out long enough ?”
Had to publish this one of Bradley in the snow recently in the Troodos mountain ranges. One of his ears is always down and one is always up Hes got a few cuts and scars also here and there as he was mauled by his kennel “buddies” when he was at Sirious Dog Sanctuary. Hes a happy boy now
Here is one of my uncles…. Uncle “Bill Brockbank” on a quick visit to the sun from cold wet U.K with his girlfriend Hazel. I personally think they have brought some of the bad weather with them Anyway we found ourselves in Limassol down town back streets at a local restaurant for some refreshments.
Took the three amigos up to see the snow in the Alps at the weekend.. well Troodos Did not reach the summit as the Dawoo Matiz can only get so far on its summer slick tyres and it was getting a bit slippery! So found some snow all to ourselves and released the hounds. You can see the Troodos Ski Cam at http://www.skicyprus.com/webcam it updates its jpg every now and then so gives a good idea of how much white stuff is up there.
Was out and about and saw this “house” when coming down from Mathakoloni to Ayios Athansios village … Tickles me every time as it really does look like something from out of space Cant get too close as i may be abducted! Hence the picture is not too sharp..
Yup here he is again Only a face a mother could love! He came to us from Sirious Dog Shelter and has settled in well.. formerly known as “Shreck” . If anyone wants a dog then pop on down to Sirious , we have around 140 dogs all needing a new home , or volunteer as i do to do anything…cleaning / walking / car boot etc etc.. Its located near the cement factory Moni. Alternatively send me a mail and i can direct you. Advice is free!
We were invited last night to a wine and cheese party at “Buddy’’s” house. Here he is with one of his dashing multicoloured jumpers on. His eyes again came out green, must be something to do with the flash! Or he could be telling us something like “Watch out for the little green eyed monster”
Here is my family Dinnage: My Mother and Father , Brother Leo and Sister Micaela, plus me of course… Marcus…. My parents have recently got on line and my father is doing some research into family genealogy, so I thought I would do a blog post and see where we end up on the Google front I have had my eyes opened recently as i never knew there was so much Family Tree info out there on the net!
A while ago i did a post on “Porta Church” as i thought i had found the smallest Church around. I was out at the Limassol fruit and veg market this morning when i spotted “Porta Church” once more but “she” had a Baby! I think this really must be the smallest church around and room i think for one only , unless there is a priest inside? Or its some sort of Tardis Anyway i have Christened my new find : “Mini Church”

Here he is .. Eric.. the lucky one ! He has landed himself a new home in Apsiou village So “Happy New Year Eric ” ! He is going to “look after” a couple of girl cats and will also therefore be getting out of Bradleys fur…that said, if he does not get on with his new “Harem” then its back to Ayios Athansios!
January 5, 2010 - 12:57 pm - Message from Eriks New Owner: Eric is now running Apsiou! Wakes me on the dot of 4.30 a.m.!!!!!!! both mornings. Took him outside yesterday at 5 a.m. to practice catflap and tiddle time. He promptly ran off!!! I spent an hour and a half (in my dressing gown) walking around the village looking for him. In the end, I had to go to work. Got home last night - no sign, another hour round the village. Arrived back at the house to an extremely demanding Eric (on the sofa) wanting to know where his tea was. Stayed in all night, cuddles, purrs, playing with toy mouse. This morning 4.30 alarm call (which I ignored) Up at 6.30. He had breakfast and then trotted off to survey his village. (Expect he will be back for tea again). Girls hate him, he ignores them. Things are looking good.
Here it is the long awaited prize Actually a present from our friend Gordon to that declares we are going to be Millionaires in 2011! Don’t know if I can wait that long… We had traditional Xmas din dins with all the trimmings…yum yum! Good company and good food, pressies and a few drinkies!
