Here’s the latest addition: “Newbie Cat” …. No name as yet so maybe we will call him Clint Eastwood Our new Property in Cyprus in Arakapas Village is now up and running with all animals relocated bar one, who has decided to stay in Ayios Athanasios it seems and hopefully has moved into the neighbours house , we will of course try and relocate him with food bribes and the like, so we can get back to 100% normality.

Just got back to sunny Cyprus not a moment too soon as its now raining back in Blighty… Upon my return i have a new friend “Bradley” He was formerly known as Shrek from Sirious Dog Sanctuary ( Where i volunteer ) but he is lucky ( Some say ugly ) enough to have found a new home in Ayios Athanasios. He lets the cats sleep on him … which is good … but they better all watch out when he does his business!

Just been walkies down to the River Hamble and walked “Monte” who is my friend Rob’s Tibetan terrier around Holly Hill and we fed the ducks and ate a few chestnuts (Well me). Autumn is definitely here and i love the colours at this time of year in U.K. I miss feeding the ducks!…..Simple things…

Here is a REAL BBQ set up! Took this shot at the recent Limassol wine festival and it just makes me very hungry! We have at least one BBQ per week, or at least attend one elsewhere …. Myoriginal BBQ set up is now just about had it as the base is about to rust through and fall out so perhpas ill move up a gear and get the above which can only be described as the Rolls Royce in BBq’s

Heres the latest pic of Suki ( Cat found on the highway ) She has taken to sleeping in the basket ontop of the Cyprus Electricity Authority / Phone bills and this is deterring me from paying the Lecce which is the largest bill i have seen in history for a two bedroomed bungalow for a two month period! ……Wait for it ….. 468 Euros! I am obviously going to query this but expect the answer is going to be along the lines of “Pay Your Bill” So maybe ill just let Suki sleep on it for a while….

Yesterday i got on this Kwacker and had a run around the block. First time on a proper motorcycle since leaving UK and my BSA 650 Star and Suzuki Blandit behind Definitely need eyes in the back of your head here in sunny Cyprus but with the fantastic weather and some decent roads with lots of bendy bits it is very tempting to head to the mountains on two wheels.

Here’s a fine venue ! At last a decent fish and chip shop tourist strip, Limassol. I have visited a couple of chippies over the years in Limassol and they have been C**P. I have now been the last three Fridays to “Fry-Days” ….run by Dot from Newcastle and hubby Coz and their crew. The fish is fresh ,de-boned and prepped on site and the chicken (Which i sampled last night ) comes from U.K . Its located a few doors down from the Arsinoe Hotel on the same side and i park up on the waste land next to the hotel and walk down…sitting outside or Takeaway! I am definitely recommending Fish (or Chicken) on Fridays sold at the chippie: “Fry-Days” and the curry sauce too! So do say, if you visit, those nice property in Cyprus people or Marcus recommends and i may get a free one

This week the annual festival in Arakapas village continues. We went Friday evening and had real fun! Especially on the bumper cars Arakapas is a favourite village of mine and later this week I may just go again and eat some candy floss and test some more Carlsberg for marketing purposes. May also test some more Kleftico at one of the taverns. Will hopefully not have a Frog on me back next time
