This village house for sale in Kalo Chorio Cyprus has been on our books for a while now and perhaps its underpriced!. Its only 85000 Euros and has lots of plus points! For one… its not down town Limassol Kalo Chorio is a popular village close to town about 20 mins drive out on the Ayia Fyla road. Its stone, “quirky” and in my opinion cheap! O.K This pic won’t mean much to most folk as its a pic of Kai about to go into non stop laughter mode at his recent Birthday Bash. This was due to someone asking: ”How do you swim?” Both myself and Kai then showed everyone how to swim by flapping our arms around in a swimming type way… A bit like Tommy Cooper Suprising what a few Vodkas , home made brew , whisky , etc etc does to the brain?
